Get the change of return to the address of origin in the Sparrow portfolio
As a Bitcoin user, you are probably familiar with the sending and reception of Bitcoin through various wallets and exchanges. However, when using the Sparrow portfolio, it is possible to encounter problems in which the change is sent to the address of origin instead of being reimbursed. In this article, we will explore how to get this functionality in the Sparrow portfolio.
Understanding the change of use
In Electrum, it is possible to set Use_change: False
to prevent Bitcoin from being sent to its origin address during the transfer of funds. However, this feature is not available in the Sparrow portfolio.
Use of alternative methods with sparrow portfolio
To obtain change at the address of origin in the Sparrow portfolio, follow these steps:
- Transfer Bitcoin to your Sparrow account: access the Paravo wallet and transfer the bitcoins from another wallet or an exchange.
- Go to the “transaction” tab : in your sparrow wallet, go to the transaction tab you are viewing the current transaction.
- Check the “Use Edit” option : Search for an “Use Edit” drop -down menu. If it is not available, check if there are options such as “Back to origin”.
- Select the correct method : select “Return to origin” instead of the refund “predefined refund to the recipient portfolio”.
Additional tips
- Make sure to use the latest version of Sparrow Wallet.
- If you have multiple accounts with different settings, try to restore them all in their predefined state.
Following these steps, you should be able to bring your change back to its origin address in the Sparrow portfolio. Remember that this function is not available by default, so you will have to manually select the “Back to origin” option or use alternative methods.
